Ideal for couples situated in Northam on the outskirts of Bideford and superbly placed for exploring the magnificent coastline and spectacular sandy beaches with Westward Ho! 1 mile away. For those who love walking the South West Coast Path with its breathtaking views and The Tarka Trail which gives you many miles of safe track for walking and cycling are close by. The popular market towns of Bideford and Barnstaple with their pannier markets are also close by offering good pubs shops and restaurants. Close by is the fishing village of Appledore full of old world charm and famous for its arts crafts and maritime heritage. Clovelly is also well worth a visit with its steep stepped cobbled streets leading down to a pretty harbour. Northam itself offers the convenience of a couple of nearby pubs grocery shop and Post Office. Alternately sit and relax on the decked area with a good book and a glass of wine. This cottage is arranged on one level a charming annexe offering ONE bedroom: with double bed. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan area provides a light and airy space leads directly from the front door. Lounge: with TV DVD Freeview hi-fi and patio doors. Kitchen: with cooker microwave washing machine and fridge with small freezer compartment. Outside: patio doors with two steps down leading out onto the enclosed decked area with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. 1 medium size dog welcome. Regret no smoking inside the property. Location: beach 1 mile village shop and pubs walking distance supermarket 1.5 miles.

Northam is a small village in north Devon, England, not far from Westward Ho!, Bideford, Appledore, Instow, and Abbotsham. The nearest designated cities are Plymouth and Exeter.
Whilst perhaps not as well known as some other towns in the area Northam is in fact an excellent location for a holiday in north Devon, boasting a wide range of holiday lets and accommodation. It is known for the Northam Burrows which lies beside the Taw Torridge Estuary. These marshes and sand dunes are part of the North Devon Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and provide for a beautiful location to both explore and also to view a variety of wildlife in their natural habitat.
